PVC Celuka Foam Board Production Line

PVC celuka skin foam board extrusion line adopts Celuka foam technology. Compared with PVC free foam board, PVC skinning foam board not only has much more smooth surface, but also has the more skin hardness, and the mechanical performance of the PVC skinning foam board is much better than the PVC free foam board. PVC skinning foam board extrusion line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder, foam board die, vacuum calibration stack,multi-roller haul off unit, etc.

The thickness of board is from 1220mm to 2050mm, thickness is from 8 to 25mm.

PVC skinning foam board has a very wide application range, it is being used for cupboard, furniture board, advertisement board, construction decoration board, upholstery for train, car and ship.
